Our process works like this.
A diagnostics deposit is given to us for the diagnosis/evaluation of your piece of equipment.
$100.00 Non Refundable Deposit.
Once we have looked over the equipment, we work up an estimate or we get a pre authorized amount you are willing to pay for the repair/service.
If the estimate is approved, your deposit goes toward the repair bill and we order the parts required for the repair and schedule in the work once the parts come in.
If the estimate is not approved, the deposit goes toward the diagnostics and we either dispose of the equipment or it is returned to the customer.
Once we repair/service the equipment, we will contact you to let you know the repair/service is complete and schedule the return or you pick up the equipment.
Final payment will be due prior to the return of the equipment.
